So much has happened since my last Blog. Thank you to everyone who continued to visit my blog while I was absent. I still have a bunch of pictures on my IPhone to share so please follow and tell your friends about the blog.
My family and I had a great
Christmas and New Year.
Here is Megan and Laurens traditional picture
by the tree on Christmas morning.
It's Gonna be a Great Year!
Things are looking brighter..
Here's a great sign of things to come...
Me, New Years Eve morning, having coffee on the beach with my canine son Ely.
It was a beautiful and warm morning at the Shore.
(Longport Blvd dog beach.)
Holy crap,! I turned 40.
That's me having a great time at Ri'Ra's in Atlantic City
surrounded by a bunch of drunk men and my sister in front of me.
Best birthday ever!!
Thanks my sister! I can't wait for your birthday. ;)
I won another $100 gift card for winning hygienist of the month for December. Yay!
Which made me Hygienist of the Year!! Double Yay! I couldn't wait to see what I would get for that.
Hold your breath.... I'm about to tell you what I got for the job well done...
Remember, I'm officially the highest producing hygienist out of the five offices in our practice...
Think about it... more money then any of the other hygienists...
Are you still wondering what I got for all my hard work and long hours?
That's right. I got nothing except a pat on the back for a job well done........ I still dumbfounded. The boss made it out like there would be some big bonus or prize or something.
I don't know... A weeks pay maybe? A extra week of paid vacation? Paid sick days? Something? Anything?
When asked during a meeting my boss mentioned a possible iPad or big screen tv but nothing came of it. I won't hold my breath. Needless to say I'm feeling a little "off" at work right now. Don't get me wrong, I love my job. I really do. I will always be thankful to my boss and his wife for giving my the means to pay my bills. I just hate working harder then I've ever worked, at any job, in my entire life and not feeling appreciated.
All I want to do is pay off my bills and fix my house so that I can feel secure. For some reason I always worry in the back of my mind that I'm gonna get fired when I least expect it. I haven't done anything wrong it's just that my office has a reputation for "cleaning house". Hell, I got my job a couple of years ago because they were "cleaning house". Thank God for that because I really needed a new job at the time. I know there is a saying for that but I can't think of it at the moment. "another mans misfortune is a..." lol. I can't think of it at all and it's driving me crazy. Now I have "another mans trash is another mans treasure" stuck in my head. Ugghhhh!
It's gonna drive me nuts. All right I gotta go call my mom and ask her is she knows what the heck I'm thinking of.
Please, say a prayer for my mom and my family.

Picture of the Day-- One More for the Road...
|Patient is congenitally missing #23, #26 and #29. |
I believe she was African-American and her father had congenitally missing bicuspids.
The view is actually R-L. Not L-R. The pan was put in the cassette wrong.
